The agreement governing your use of AI Cyber Shield.

1. Authorized use only
You may scan ONLY domains you own or are explicitly authorized to test. Scanning third-party sites without permission may be illegal under the Israeli Computer Law 5755-1995 and equivalent laws. Active Verification (live probing) is technically restricted to domains you have proven you control via our domain-ownership verification, and each scan records your authorization attestation.
2. Defensive purpose
The service is provided for defensive security assessment. You agree not to use it to attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any system.
3. No warranty
Scan results are informational and provided "as is." They do not constitute a guarantee of security or legal compliance, nor legal advice.
4. Intellectual property
AI Cyber Shield — including the platform, its scanning engines, detection rules, the finding and Israeli-regulation (Amendment 13) knowledge bases, scoring logic, reports, UI, text, and design — is our exclusive property and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Using the service grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to run scans on domains you are authorized to test; it grants NO ownership of, or right to reuse, any part of the platform.
5. Restrictions
You may NOT copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, harvest, or otherwise attempt to extract or reconstruct the platform's source code, scanning logic, detection rules, or knowledge bases; nor resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties as your own; nor use automated means to access the service outside its intended interface, or in a way that circumvents its rate limits or access controls. These restrictions are a material condition of your licence.
