Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Your 14-day cancellation right
Because our subscriptions are purchased remotely (online), Israeli law gives you the right to cancel within 14 days of the transaction, or from the date you receive the policy document — whichever is later. During this cooling-off period you may cancel for any reason and receive a refund of amounts paid, subject to the deductions the law permits.
2. How to cancel
Cancel at any time by emailing contact@ai-cyber-shield.com with the subject "Cancellation Request" and your account email. If you subscribed through PayPal, you can also cancel the subscription directly from your PayPal account at any time. We confirm cancellations in writing. A cancellation made during the 14-day window is treated as a cooling-off cancellation.
3. Refunds
Refunds for eligible cancellations are issued to the original payment method (via our processor, PayPal) within 14 days of our approval of the request. The law permits a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction or ₪100, whichever is lower; where a portion of the service period has already been used, we may charge a pro-rata amount for the period consumed.
4. Free plan
The Free plan involves no payment, so there is nothing to refund. You can stop using it or delete your account at any time.
