Questions about a scan result, a finding you disagree with, your account, billing, or anything else about the product. Include the scanned domain and, if you have it, the scan date — it lets us pull the exact report you are looking at.

Access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data — under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law (including Amendment 13) and the GDPR. We respond within 30 days. Send the request from the email address on your account so we can verify it is really you.

Cancel any paid plan by email at any time; include your account email. PayPal subscribers can also cancel directly from their PayPal account. A cancellation within 14 days of purchase is a statutory cooling-off cancellation under Israeli consumer law — see the refund policy for the exact terms.

Found a vulnerability in AI Cyber Shield itself? We want to hear about it. Report it privately by email before any public disclosure and include steps to reproduce. We will acknowledge the report, keep you updated on the fix, and never take legal action against good-faith research that stays within the scope of your own account.
